SANDI SERIES charging module is for electric vehicle charging station. With single-phase non neutral conductor AC input, it has the advantages of high efficiency, high power density and low harmonic.
Functional details
1. Hot plug
Plug technology is applied to the charging module to provide convenience for installation and maintenance. The access of the charging module to the system shall not disturb the output voltage of the system.
2. Advanced current sharing technology
Under constant voltage working mode, the charging modules can share current automatically within 10S, with degree of unbalance less than �±0.5A.
3. Control of input limited power
Refer to Fig. 1-10 for the relation between the output power and input voltage of the charging module. When the input voltage is within 360 Vac ~ 450 Vac (return difference is less than 5V), the module can output the maximum power of 20 KW; when the input voltage is within 260 Vac ~ 320 Vac, the module can still work normally under limited power mode.
4. Control of output constant power
When there is a rated input voltage, the output power of the module is 20 KW. Refer to Fig. 11 for the relation between the output voltage and the output current of the module.
The SD75050 module uses two operating modes with output voltage ranges of 50 to 750V.
The module only selects the operating mode based on the value of the received demand voltage, and does not select the operating mode based on the actual output voltage.

The output voltage of the module can be regulated constantly through the external monitoring module, with regulation range of 50Vdc ~ 750Vdc and minimum regulation step of 0.1 Vdc.

The built-in processor of the module can regulate the speed of the fan according to the internal temperature and output current of the module.

11. Output overvoltage protection
The overvoltage protection point is 260Vdc ~770Vdc (�±10 Vdc). Default is 778Vdc.The module can be started after manual intervention upon overvoltage protection.
12. Over-temperature protection
The environmental over-temperature protection point is 80�°C. When the DC panel has a temperature over 100�°C, the module will stop working; when the DC panel has a temperature below 90�°C, the module will automatically work again.
13. Protection of internal bus fault
When the internal bus voltage of the module is beyond the overvoltage/ voltage shortage protection point, the module will be powered off automatically. At this time, there is no output from the module and the fault indicator light is on.
14. Short circuit protection
In case of short circuit of the module, it will be subjected to protective shutdown and the red indicator light of the panel is on, and this condition will be transmitted to the monitor of the "module fault".

Description
The Trusted TMR 24V dc digital input module interfaces to 40 field input devices. A wide input voltage range and programmable thresholds allow the module to be used in current source and current sink configurations. Comprehensive diagnostic tests are performed on each input channel, including tests for stuck on and stuck off failures. Fault tolerance is achieved through Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) within the same module for each of the 40 input channels.
When a line-monitoring device is installed at the field switch, the module can detect open and shorted field cables. Line monitoring can be independently configured for each input channel.
The module provides on-board sequence of events (SOE) reporting with a resolution of 1ms. A change of state triggers an SOE entry. States are determined by programmable voltage thresholds that can be configured on a per channel basis. When the field voltage and field return are connected to the auxiliary input channels of the module, thresholds can be specified as a ratio of the current field supply voltage.
Each triplicated section of the module, referred to as a slice, conditions and measures each channel independently. Each slice is optically isolated up to 2500V dc. Each slice sends its data to a safety layer hardware voter that presents the information from all three slices to the Trusted TMR processor. When a fault is detected on a slice of the module, the Trusted TMR processor will flag the error, indicating the need to replace the module. The Trusted TMR processor will continue to use the information provided by the remaining two slices until a replacement module is available. Replacement modules can be located in a standby slot next to the module or in a designated SmartSlot with a temporary connection to the same Trusted termination assembly.
Modules may be placed in any I/O module slot in a Trusted processor chassis or expander chassis. Once the I/O module configuration is set, mechanical keying is available on all I/O modules to prevent inserting a module into an incorrect slot.
Configuration of the module is carried out using the Trusted Toolset running on an engineering workstation. Once configured and loaded into the Trusted controller, replacement modules are online educated by the TMR processor.

Description
The Trusted TMR 24V dc digital output module interfaces to 40 field output devices. Outputs are arranged in five groups of eight outputs. All outputs in a group share a common power source and return. Fault tolerance is achieved through Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) within the same module for each of the 40 output channels.
The module provides on-board sequence of events (SOE) reporting with a resolution of 1ms. The event is the actual sensing of the field device loop current.
Each triplicated section (slice) of the module, receives output data from the Trusted TMR processor and sends its data to an internal safety layer hardware voter. Each slice uses the voted data to control the outputs. Every output channel consists of a six-element voted array. The output switch array provides fault tolerant, uninterrupted control under an output switch failure condition. Output switching and fault diagnostics comply with the demanding requirements of IEC-61508 SIL-3 for First fault - Fault tolerant, and Second fault Fail-safe outputs.
When a module fault is detected, the Trusted TMR processor will flag the unhealthy condition, indicating the need to replace the module. Control continues until a replacement (healthy) module is available. Replacement modules can be located in a standby slot next to the module or in a designated SmartSlot with a temporary connection to the same Trusted termination assembly.
Each output is user configurable to perform line monitoring of the connected field devices to detect field wiring and load failures. Automatic over-current protection is inherent in every output circuit which eliminates the need for fuses.
Modules may be placed in any I/O module slot in a Trusted processor chassis or expander chassis. Once the I/O module configuration is set, mechanical keying is available on all I/O modules to prevent inserting a module into an incorrect slot.
