Honeywell Powder Ope Wax For Candle Additive

The application of micronized wax in ink is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Improvement of scratch resistance and abrasion resistance: micronized wax can enhance the scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of ink, so that the ink is not easy to be scratched or abraded in the printing process.
Improve the handfeel: micronized wax can improve the slipperiness of the ink and make the print feel smoother.
Controlling glossiness: micronized wax can adjust the glossiness of ink to meet different printing needs.
Prevent pigment from settling: micronized wax can prevent pigment from settling in the ink and ensure the color consistency of the printed matter.
The application of micronized waxes in coatings is also important:
Improvement of scuffing resistance: Micronized waxes can enhance the scuffing resistance of coatings and make the coating surface more durable.
Anti-adhesion: Micronized waxes have anti-adhesion properties, which make the coating surface less likely to adhere to other substances.
Adjustment of leveling: Micronized waxes improve the leveling of coatings and make them smoother during application.
Enhance hardness: by adding micronized wax, the hardness of the coating can be improved, making it more wear-resistant.
