LD Series produced by metal compound stabilizer with the amount of chelating agent, lubricants and
other internal and external components with the unique processing technology. The product contain the
right amount of complex antioxidant system and other functional polymer additive, which can
significantly increase finished goods performance and improve the surface.

Made by calcium salt,zinc salt,lubricants,antioxidant hydrotalcite as the main ingredients.It pass the SGS
test,it not only take the place of lead and cadmium toxic stabilizer and tin stablizer,but also improve the
good thermal stability,transparency and light stability.It has good processing performance,good thermal
stability and good weatherability.

Description: It is produced from high quality raw materials to give very good thermostability and adjusted lubrication for the extrusion of PVC Pipes. Non-Dusting and can be used under a wide range of processing conditions with most common extruders. It also allows high production rates and work well with most common PVC type and filters.

Recommended Dosage: 1.5 to 2.3phr depending on formulation and filler content. Dosage varies depending on formulation.
