Heavy Duty Corrugated Boxes
Strong, reliable, and eco-friendly packaging designed to protect your most valuable shipments available in double-wall, triple-wall and custom heavy duty options.
Heavy Duty Corrugated Boxes are engineered to deliver superior protection for heavy, fragile, and high-value products. Built with multi-layer corrugated fiberboard, they combine exceptional strength with low weight reducing shipping costs while maximizing safety.
What Makes Them Different?
Multi-layer Construction
Unlike standard cartons, these boxes use double-wall or triple-wall boards that resist compression, impacts, and stacking pressure. That extra rigidity keeps products intact during long-haul transport and rough handling.
Lightweight, High Strength
The smart strength-to-weight ratio cuts freight costs while delivering the durability typically expected from heavier wooden or metal containers.
Eco-Friendly & Recyclable
Made from renewable paperboard, heavy duty corrugated boxes are 100% recyclable and biodegradable an excellent choice for sustainable businesses.
Types of Heavy Duty Corrugated Boxes
Double-Wall Corrugated Boxes ideal for medium to heavy goods and stacking in warehouses.
Triple-Wall Corrugated Boxes heavy-load champions for industrial equipment, auto parts, and export shipments.
Custom Heavy Duty Boxes tailored sizes, reinforced edges, and special coatings (moisture-resistant, anti-slip).

Corrugated Boxes and High Strength CFB
Corrugated fibreboard boxes are widely utilized in retail packaging, shipping cartons, product
displays and many other applications requiring a lightweight, but sturdy material. Corrugated boxes
are renowned for their structural rigidity as well as the cushioning they offer, making them ideal for
packaging fragile articles. Corrugated packaging offers unmatched advantages when compared to
other types of packaging as you can have custom corrugated boxes made according to your personal
business needs.
Corrugated boxes are the most suited for packing a wide variety of products regardless of their size
and shape. They are versatile enough to transport and cushion perishable and fragile products.
Corrugated boxes are made of kraft paper and can be re-used, re-pulped and remade into recyclable
attributes which contribute to environmental protection.
Corrugated fibreboard is comprised of linerboard and heavy paper medium. Linerboard is the flat,
outer surface that adheres to the medium. The medium is the wavy, fluted paper between the
liners. Both are made of a special kind of heavy paper called containerboard. Board strength will vary
depending on the various linerboard and medium combinations.
Corrugated Board, Corrugated Fibreboard: The structure formed by gluing one or more sheets of
fluted corrugating medium to one or more flat facings of linerboard. There are four common types:
Single Face: Combination of one fluted corrugating medium glued to one flat facing of linerboard.
Single Wall: Two flat facings of linerboard, one glued to each side of a corrugated medium. Also
known as Double Face.
Double Wall: Three flat facings of linerboard, one glued to each side of two corrugated mediums.
Triple Wall: Four flat facings of linerboard, one glued to each side of three corrugated mediums.
