Sand Making & Washing Production Line:

The whole sand-making production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand-making machine), vibrating screen, sand-washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h. Process of the Production Line:
The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials are transferred to sand-making machine through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand-making machine, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final materials.

Tramp Iron Magnetic Separator Description

It is used to clean metal tramp iron, such as nails, bolts, staples and metal debris, from non-magnetic metarials in conveyor system, to protect conveyor, crusher, hammer mill and other process equipment downstream from damage.
It is suspended crossly over the belt conveyor, with rectification control equipment to rectify AC into DC, supplying power for the coil to generate a suitable magnetic field, and capture ferrous impurities.
