Peeling machine suitable for small size fruits, with regular shape, such as : oranges, apples, pears, kiwis, peaches, lemons, grapefruits.
It can be used with good results for vegetables like : onions, potatoes.
The maximum height of the fruit which can be treated on this machine is 100 mm.
The fruits are stucked on a rotating fork and fixed on the upper side by a mobile pushrod.
The machine has a mobile arm that follows the surface of the fruit (operation similar to that of a lathe), stopping automatically at the end of the cycle.
The rotating blade placed on the arm removes the quantity of peel according to the thickness adjustment.
The machine is complete with three controls: a main on/off safety switch, a switch to select the number of passages around the fruit and a start button.
Output: up to 7-8 fruits a minute
