Tl-1 Model Direct Natural Gas Burning Furnace

TL-4 model Direct burning furnace with 3 layers sleeve consists of 3 layers of cylinders. It uses fully burned natural gas to obtain high-temperature flame, and mixing this temperature with fresh air to achieve the required hot air device. Due to the use of fully automatic single-stage fire, two-stage fire or modulating burner, the output hot air is extremely clean by natural gas fully burned, , meeting the drying and dehydration needs for most stuffs. The external fresh air enter the furnace body under negative pressure, takes two strokes and sequentially cools the middle cylinder and the inner tank. After being fully mixed with the high-temperature flame in the mixing zone, it is extracted from the furnace body and enter the drying room. When the temperature reach the setting number, the main burner stops working and the auxiliary burner continues to burn to maintain the temperature. When the temperature drops to the set lower limit temperature, the main burner will be run again.

TL-3 model Direct burning furnace with lower Inlet and upper outlet is consists of 8 parts: natural gas burner + inner tank + insulation box + fan + fresh air damper + waste heat recovery device + dehumidification fan + control system. It is specially designed for supporting downflow drying room/heating rooms. After fully combusts the natural gas inside the inner tank, it�´s mixed with recycle or fresh air, under the action of the fan, it is discharged from the upper outlet into the drying room or heating space. Then cooled air pass through the lower air outlet for secondary heating and continuous circulation. And when the humidity of circulating air reaches the emission standard, the dehumidification fan and fresh air damper will start simultaneously. The exhausted moisture and fresh air implement sufficient heat exchange in the waste heat recovery device, so the moisture is discharged and the fresh air with recovered heat enter the circulation system.

TL-5 model Indirect burning furnace with 5 layers sleeves consists of 5 parts: a blower, flue gas induced draft fan, burner, five-layer sleeve body and control system. The flue gas in the furnace takes two rounds while the fresh air takes three rounds.
Natural gas is burned through the burner to generate a high-temperature flame. Under the action of the flue gas fan, the heat is transferred to the heated air through the five-layer sleeve wall and dense fins, meanwhile the flue gas is discharging out the body after it´s temperature down to 150. The heated fresh air enter the sleeves through blower. After heat mix, the temperature rises to the setting number and sent out from the hot air outlet.
