The multilayer pipes PERT/AL/PERT are composite pipes that are produced by the overlapping method .They are composed of an inner and outer layer of PERT, that are bonded by a special glue to the intermediate layer of aluminium. By that way, a perfect oxygen barrier is accomplished, that ensures their perfect unruptured connection.
They are characterised as pipes of the century,because they combine the advantages of metal pipes (small linear expansion and high mechanical strength) with the advantages of plastic pipes (flexibility, without formation of salts inside the pipe, resistance to electro corrosion, low noise level, fast and easy installation )

The materials used to form PERT-AL-PERT Pipe are as follows:
Outer Layer: Polyethylene raised temperature (PE-RT) plastic coat: protects the aluminium core and allows the outer shell to be coloured without contaminating the water.
Adhesive layer: interface zone between the outer PE-RT layer and the aluminium core. Bonds the material together and prevents shear slippage.
Aluminium layer: thin layer of lap welded aluminium which forms a 100% oxygen barrier to protect against corrosion and allows the pipe to have the form-stable characteristic.
Adhesive layer: interface zone between the inner PE-RT layer and the aluminium core. Bonds the material together and prevents shear slippage.
Inner layer:inner layer of clear PE-RT. Inert and does not affect the water in any way. Allows for a smooth wall surface to reduce pressure drops for water flow.

PEX-AL-PEX pipe/ DXPAP2 Pipes :
Junxing PEX-AL-PEX pipe is a five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes of temperature.
Junxing PEX multilayer composite pipe consists of an overlapped or butt welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer or high temperature-resistant polyethylene. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for Junxing PEX pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements.
Overlapped welded PEX pipe is co-extruded with one step with perfect adhesive between inner layer and aluminum, high and stable pressure resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic.

Butt welded PEX pipe is moulding with several steps that is argon-arc welding style.
The color of PEX pipe is optional.

PEX pipe

Rifeng pex pipe is produced with crosslinked polyethylene. Crosslinking is obtained through a chemical process that increases the bonds between macromolecules to form a more complex structure than the normal polyethylene.Rifeng 5-layer pex pipe is made up of five layers: crosslinked polyethylene, adhesive, oxygen barrier, adhesive, crosslinked polyethylene. The layers of adhesive bind the two layers of crosslinked polyethylene to the central barrier layer by a thermal reaction. The barrier layer is right in the center, this preventing the pipe from being damaged by scratch and from reducing its performance due to the moisture.
