POE plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer that realizes in-situ polymerization of ethylene and octene with metallocene catalyst.
Its characteristics are as follows :
(1)The soft chain curl structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain as the physical crosslinking point, which makes it
both excellent toughness and good processability.
(2) There is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of POE plastic, and it has excellent aging resistance.
(3)POE plastic has narrow molecular weight distribution and good compatibility with polyolefin.
(4) Good fluidity can improve the dispersion effect of the filler, but also
improve the weld mark strength of the product.

1. POE has the general characteristics of thermoplastic elastomers. The flexible chain crimp structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain serve as physical crosslinking points, so that it has both excellent toughness and good processability.

2. Low price and relatively small density, so low volume price;

3. Excellent heat and cold resistance, wide range of operating temperature;

4. Good weather resistance and aging resistance. Because there is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of POE plastics, it has excellent aging resistance.

5. Oil resistance, compression resistance and abrasion resistance are not so good;

6. POE plastics have narrow molecular distribution, good fluidity and good compatibility with polyolefin.

7. Good fluidity not only can improve the dispersion effect of filler, but also can improve the strength of products weld mark.

POE is the use of a metallocene catalyst, ethylene and octene-situ polymerization of a thermoplastic elastomer, POE plastic of PP has excellent toughening effect, and PP, calcium carbonate has a good compatibility, but the content of the plastic POE should be controlled at 20% or less.
