Wooden Box

We provide airless shot blasting machine having special material handling system. Job Conveying system consists of Tyre type Skew Rollers, arranged at an angle to each other. So that pipe will move forward with rotational movement/mechanism. Machine is best suitable for the high production output and uniform finish.

The components placed on inlet side of the Skew conveyor travels forward along with rotational movement and enters into the inlet tunnel. After passing through the inlet tunnel components enters into the blast zone which consists of Blast Wheel. These Blast wheel units are strategically placed around the Blast cabinet. Blast wheels fires the abrasive at high velocity on the forward & rotationally moving component & blast cleans them thoroughly.

The Skew conveyors are driven by gearbox provided with VFD control. VFD control enables the customer to change/synchronize the speed of the conveying system with respect to the required blast cleaning operation.

Product Description:
It consists of inlet and outlet side Rollerconveyors as material handling systems. The components to be blasted are placedon inlet side of the roller conveyor, from where it travels forward and entersinto the inlet tunnel. After passing through the inlet tunnel components entersinto the blast zone which consists of 4 nos of Blast Wheels. All these Blast wheel units are strategically placedaround the Blast cabinet. The arrangement of the blast wheel ensures optimum blastcleaning and maximum utilization of the abrasive energy. Blast wheels fires the abrasive at high velocity onthe forward moving components & blast cleans them thoroughly. Blastedmaterial moves forward and enters into the outlet tunnel. The spent abrasivefrom blasting operation after passing through the perforated floor plates willget collected into the cabinets bottom storage hopper. From where it istransferred to the bucket elevator, which elevate the abrasivevertically and discharges the same into a media separation unit where dust andfine abrasives are cleaned ensuring that only clean abrasive will re-circulateto the blast wheel units for effective and better cleaning. A Dust collectionsystem is provided with the machine which will continuously remove the dust andfine particles, thus keeping the inside of the machineand the nearby environment dust & pollution free.

Tumblast type machines are basically designed for batch type operation. Tumblast Machine consists of Vertical/Horizontal door. Components to be blasted are loaded on to the endless rubber conveyor of the machine from this door. One No. of Blast wheel unit, is strategically placed at the top of the Blast cabinet will fire abrasive at high velocity on the tumbling components and blast cleans them thoroughly. Tumbling action of the rubber belt conveyor ensures that each and every portion of the component will get exposed to the blast stream for through cleaning. For unloading the components from the machine, door of the machine is opened and rubber belt conveyor is made to move in reverse direction and blasted components is then get collected into the Bin/Tray (under customer scope).

Rotary Barrel Shot Blasting Machine

Rotary Barrel Type Shot Blasting Machine is widely used in small or medium size iron, steel, alloy and non-ferrous castings, forgings, heat treated parts, pressings and fabrications at the lowest possible cost. This table is directly mountedon the door and it rotates on its own axis, drive unit of this swing table isprovided outside the door. This table swings out as the door is opened, making the full area easily approachable for loading and unloading of the components. For loading the components, door of the machine is opened manually &components to be blasted are loaded on to the work table area and the door ofthe machine is closed.

After this Blast wheel unit,which is strategically placed on the Blast cabinet, is started. Blast wheelwill fire the abrasive at high velocity on the components placed on therotating work table and blast cleans them thoroughly.
