Our juice is made only from dessert apples. For production, we select first-class fruit, which has slight damage, adequate firmness and taste. Apples with decay defects may under no circumstances be used for pressing juices.
We have over a dozen varieties of apples on our client farm. These are, among others: Alwa, Fuji, Golden Delicious, Gala Must, Gala Royal, Idared, Janagored, Jonica, Jonagold, Ligol, Mutsu, Rajka Szampion etc.
Juices are pressed simultaneously from two or three varieties of dessert apples. Our juice is sweet because it contains naturally occurring fruit sugars. The color of the juice and its taste also depend on the selection of apple varieties.
