1. Product introduction

The disassembly and assembly turning stand provides trainees with engine disassembly and assembly training. After the engine is assembled, it can be connected to the operation inspection console, and the engine can be started and operated to test the assembly effect of the engine.

1. The color inkjet circuit diagram is drawn on the panel of the training platform. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the real object of the electronically controlled diesel engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system;
2. The training platform consists of two parts: the disassembly and assembly of the overturning platform and the operation and detection console.
The disassembly and reversing bench is composed of an electronically controlled diesel engine assembly and an engine disassembly and assembly frame that can be turned 360 degrees. The operation inspection console is composed of a control panel, an engine electronic control unit, a cooling system, an oil supply system, and a battery;

The surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with a color system circuit diagram that never fades. Installed with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.;
There are automobile instruments, fuel pressure gauges, and vacuum pressure gauges installed on the training platform panel, which can display the changes of parameters such as engine speed, fuel injection pressure, and intake manifold pressure in real time;
