Shaftless screw conveyor is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, casing, shaftless screw body, groove lining plate, feed inlet, discharge outlet, machine cover (when required), base, etc.
Driving device: cycloidal pin gear reducer or shaft mounted hard tooth gear reducer shall be adopted. In the design, the driving device shall be set at the end of the discharge port as far as possible to make the spiral body in the tension state during operation.
The head is equipped with thrust bearing, which can bear the axial force generated when conveying materials.
Casing: the casing is U-shaped or O-shaped, with a rain proof cover on the upper part, which is made of stainless steel, carbon steel or FRP.
Shaftless spiral body: made of stainless steel or carbon steel.
Tank lining plate: the material is wear-resistant plastic plate, rubber plate or cast stone plate.
Inlet and outlet: there are two types: square and circular. Generally, the form of inlet and outlet is determined by the user.
Scope of application
