Working principle:
The high flow filter element is designed with a large diameter for efficient filtration, and has a high-strength support skeleton both inside and outside. It is made of multi-layer composite progressive filtering materials, and is integrally hot-melt welded with an external sealing ring. Designed with a single flow rate of 50-90m3/H, this high flow filter is suitable for fields such as large-scale reverse osmosis pre filtration. The new patented folding of this filter element combined with a 6/152mm large diameter design reduces the number of filters and the requirements for filter housing size. At the same time, multiple filtering media can be provided to meet other application requirements.

Replacement high flow cartridges are made of deep fine polypropylene or glass fiber membrane as filter media, with a large diameter of 6.5 inches / 165mm, no center rod, unidirectional opening, and specially designed to flow the liquid from the outside to the inside, ensuring that all contaminant particles are trapped outside the cartridge. The ultra-high flow rate design allows for a significant reduction in the use of cartridges and filters for the same flow rate application, resulting in significant savings in equipment investment costs and labor costs.

SF patented string wound high flow type, with OD 6.22" and 1 to 100 micron range.

STRUCTURE

High Flow string wound filter is patented in China by SF Filter. Using multi-holes to make the filter 9 times dirt holding capacity as ordinary string wound cartridges. With O-rings to avoid bypass. 3 grades are available. HFA, HFB and HFC can meet most pre-filtration requirements.
The end cap and dimensions can be customized to meet certain requirments.
