Carrot is my most favourite vegetable.
It is crunchy, tasty, and highly nutritious. Carrots are a particularly good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants

3) Its consumption increases the amount of blood in our body.
4) It contains about 88% water.
5) Vitamin A present in carrots is beneficial for eyesight.
6) It is beneficial for heart patients as well as high blood pressure patients.
5) Carrots also work to strengthen immunity in the body.
6) It is used in making salads, pickles, pudding, etc.
7) The regular consumption of carrots improves the condition of hair, eyes, and skin.
