Solar Maglev Intelligent Pumping Unit.

The rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor technology realizes the integration of maglev motor, reducer, brake, and gear. The external motor and roller are connected
by a connector instead of the traditional belt and chain connection. The stroke and stroke frequency during the operation are very precise and can be automatically adjusted according to the downhole parameters, reducing friction, energy-saving(50%-60%), dust and explosion-proof, and reducing maintenance cost(more than10%). The magnetic
levitation spindle is completely frictionless, lubrication-free, and maintenance-free; the maglev electric roller has a built-in advanced hard-tooth planetary gear reduction drive device, which has a large power range, balanced transmission, low noise, and long service life; the roller adopts the latest magnetic technology to improve the wear resistance of the
belt and extend the service life of the roller and the belt.
