Our Solar/Sun Dried Cavendish Banana have a chewy soft texture with good taste & aroma of Cavendish bananas with natural sweetness, 100% free from added sugar and preservatives nor additives.
They are real nutritional concentrates. Their level of minerals is 4 to 5 times higher than fresh fruit with well rich of fibers as well carbohydrate for fast energy.
The products can be used for direct consumption as a healthy food/snacks or further processed into making energy bars, cereal breakfasts, chocolate coating or bakery / pastry products even add into smoothies, desserts & salads. It can be stored for at least 8 months in a dry and cold environment. Samples are available on request.
