The machine (with lumped loading device) is suitable for producing large length, compact , bare al/cu wire, and acsr, aluminum alloy wire and sector conductor.

2.1 lumped loading device can increase production efficiency. Adopts 36 steps speed variety gear box, dual capstan device and natural splitting method to enhance the product quality.
2.2 the pay off tension is pneumatic control that can be adjusted by valve.
2.3 the special emergency stopping device can control each bobbin. And the wire broken length is less than 2 meters when stopped.
2.4 we can design pre-twist compacting device for milliken conductor according to customerí»s demands.
