Structure:
Bag filter is consist of holder, ash bucket, the middle cabinet, the upper part cabinet, bag, frame, jet cleaning device and PLC control procedures and other components. The middle cabinet has sub-chamber structure. Dusty gas goes through collecting tube achieving to each ash bucket.

Structure
ZL series Long Bag Pulse dust collector is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash bucket, supporting legs, filtering bag and blowing device, ash discharging device. The features of this structure are:
1. Upper box is devided into thousands chambers. In order to realize off-line cleanign dust and maintenance, each chamber has equipment 1 lifting valve.
2. Pneumatic vent valve is controlled by air cylinder. The advantages are realiable operation, fast speed of on/off, without any leakage of air.
3. Compared with horizontal installation, the vertical installation fo pneumatic vent valve is easier during maintenance.
4. Filtering bag is self-locked and sealed on the board holes by the flexible ring on the bag. This can gurantee low emission density and easy for installation and replacement.
5. Optimized injection short tube can gurantee perfect dusting cleaning performance.
6. Safety guard and walking platform are equipped for regular maintenance.

6. Solenoid pulse vale adpots high quality raw materia. Its mebrane has longer using life.
7. Control system adpots advanded controller. It has 3 controlling methods: pressure difference, timing and manual. Offline valve, pulse valve and ash discharging valve are auotmatically controlled by the system.

Vibrating feeder is a part of stone crushing equipment used for constant feeding of product to the crusher from loading bunker. Vibrating feeder is placed on springs from all sides for easy vibration. Grizzly part of the feeder allows to remove soil coming from the nature together with the stone pieces. Vibrating feeder can be manufactured in different width and length depending on bunker structure and total per hour capacity of the plant. Grizzly part can be single or double staged, depending on soil amount of the loaded product.

Mobile Screening & Sand Washing Plant is a single-chassis solution for stone, sand other mineral quarries where the product needs to be sorted out and washed to get clean and ready-for-usage construction aggregate.
