UD (Unidirectional) Carbon fiber fabric which is carbon reinforcement that non-woven and
features all fibres running in a single, parallel direction. It provides ultimate strength in the direction
of the fiber grains.
UD carbon fabric 200g, 300g, 600gsm at width from 10cm-100cm.
The main property of UD carbon fiber are below:
1. Light weight, easy to construct, and little increasing the weight on constructed based materials.
2. Soft, free to cut, is suitable for a variety of shapes structures, and have close adhesion with
reinforced concrete surface.
3. The thickness is small, so it is easy to overlap.
4. High tensile strength, high flexibility, and have the same effect as to use steel plate reinforcement.
5. Anti-acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, and can be used in any harsh environment.
6. Fabric with Epoxy widely used in water conservancy, water proofing and fire proofing solution.
7. The supporting epoxy resin impregnated adhesive (recommended our company matching epoxy
adhesive) have good permeability, the construction is simple and time required is short.
8. Non-toxic, non-irritating odour, living still in construction.
9. Carbon fiber sheet has high tensile strength, which is equivalent 10 - 15 times to ordinary steel.
UD Carbon fiber fabric can be mainly applicable in below areas:
Building reinforcement, renovation, Fireproofing, waterproofing solution and any other civil
construction and retrofitting works.
