Introduction
The ARDS series bag filter housing is a pre-filtration equipment commonly used in a variety of industrial liquids, constructed from stainless steel materials (SUS316L or SUS304). Mechanical grinding or electrochemical polishing makes the surface smooth and easy to clean. The product features a rational structure, making it easy to install and replace the filter bag. It also adopts a double sealing ring design, which ensures excellent sealing in special production environments. When the liquid passes through the filter bag, solid particles, suspended solids, sediments and other impurities can be effectively intercepted, so that the clean liquid flows out of the outlet of the filter, which helps achieve the effective filtration and purification of large particles of impurities in the liquid.

Bags can be constructed of materials to suit any application and tailored to catch particulate of various sizes. The high solids load capacity of filter bags makes them optimal for removing waxes and fats from crude biomass extract.
By implementing a pre-filter step with low change-out costs, more expensive filters such as lenticular cartridges will last longer and have to be replaced less frequently.
The polypropylene filter housings are ideally used for wide range of applications including residential, commercial and industrial. These are available in 10" and 20" configuration with both slim for low flow and Jumbo for large flow application. The Optional Relief Valve on the inlet of the cap gives ease of air release and prevents vacuum damage and full utilization of the filter elements. The thick side walls give it high pressure ratings. The silicon O rings makes it Leak Proof even at high pressure applications.
