The Hastelloy alloy alloy20, formed by a large amount of Ni element composition, is used in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, seawater, fertilizers, and other industries for projects with high corrosion resistance requirements due to its unique characteristics that lie between ferrite and austenite structures, and its resistance to intergranular corrosion. In recent years, the nuclear power industry has developed a corrosion-resistant ability in the operation of power station equipment, which cannot be replaced by other materials. The molybdenum element in stainless steel materials is only about 2%, which is far less than the molybdenum content of Hastelloy alloy alloy20. Therefore, high concentration acidity requires the use of materials well. Mainly used, it has the following corrosion resistance properties in oxidation and reduction, and excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media. In this oxidizing environment, such as in sulfuric acid manufacturing and solutions containing a large amount of oxidizing ions, it has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion.

Wollastonite is an industrial mineral comprised chemically of calcium, silicon and oxygen. Its molecular formula is casio3 and its theoretical composition consists of 48% cao and 51% sio2. Natural wollastonite may contain trace or minor amounts of various metal ions such as aluminum, iron, magnesium, potassium and sodium. A kind of Monel alloy, its alloy structure is a high-strength single-phase solid solution, 3 a nickel-based alloy similar to Monel 400, and the corrosion resistance of the metal is fundamentally obtained by hindering the migration of charged particles through the discharge process of hydrogen ions. Obtained, the addition of 30% Cu by mass fraction minimizes the corrosion rate of TH, Ni in F, Cl and other halogen element ionic media, and the higher the Cu content, the better the resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. Adding mass fraction to Monel 401 55% Cu improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy in reducing acids.
