EKOZYME PWR is a concentrated enzyme formulation for textile biofinishing in mills and laundries. This unique product provides surface defibrillation yielding superior fabric and garment cleanup under neutral pH conditions in all types of processing equipment. EKOZYME PWR can perform at lower than conventional process temperatures and dyeing can follow directly after Ekozyme pwr treatment in the same bath, thus saving time, energy and water. EKOZYME PWR is a unique enzyme produced by a fermentation process and is biodegradable.
-No pH adjustment. EKOZYME PWR works optimally over the entire range of potential incoming process water pHâ??s. Typically, no time is necessary for adding pH adjustment chemicals.
-Combined finishing and dyeing. The ability of this enzyme to perform fabric cleanup under neutral pH allows the possibility to combine biofinishing and dyeing in a single bath. This reduces processing time and enables increased production throughput.
