The water hydraulic oil is injected into the cylinder and the stretched rubber sheets are extruded by pressure, and the use of expansion compression principle can be applied to achieve a full range of extrusion purpose, so that the closed fitting is perfected. The processing shoes are placed in the elliptic oil hydraulic cylinder that conforms to the engineering principles for compression molding, which has the easy mechanical operation, and the durable rate of each rubber sheet is more than 300 thousand pairs which is a big break in molding process at present. This machine can replace the walled shoe attaching machine when it is placed on the molding line, and replace the walled shoe attaching machine and hydraulic press when it is placed on the soles processing line. It is a machine with multi-use in the development room, which can be used for pressing the soles while pressing into a shoe type.
2. By adopting the oil hydraulic system, the pressure can be adjusted according to the shoe type, and the average pressure is up to 30kg/cm2.
3. This molding machine conducts full compression on the rubber sheet, and it can finish the procedures that walled shoe attaching machine cannot complete. For example, the edge strip can be pressed well if there is side wall, strake on the side or behind of the molding shoes.
