* Diagnostic Menu (Self diagnosis function)
The attenuation degree, correlation degree, and noise degree of the ultrasonic received
signal can be known and quantified to display empty pipe information, strength of the
received signal, bubble content, S/N ratio, etc.
* Auto Zero (Automatic zero adjustment function)
In the first installation, zero point can be automatically adjusted without stopping the
flow. Periodic automatic zeroing can prevent zero deformation caused by other factors.
* MultiPulse Transmission (Multi pulse function)
The pulse signal to analyze the time difference waveform transmit 50 pulse signals per
measurement cycle, thus it has excellent measurement sensitivity and stability of
ultrasonic signals.
* Liquid Class Menu (Fluid selection function)
A list of about 30 types of fluids is provided. When selecting fluids, the expected
ultrasonic velocity (m / s), viscosity ( cS ), density (SG), and data are automatically
entered and the pipe temperature range can be selected. Pipe Data Menu (Pipe
selection function With more than 40 types of standard pipes and custom pipes built in,
you can enter pipe outer diameter, material, and thickness using a list of pipe class and
size options.
Plug-in ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of a main body and an external clip type sensor. Simply attach the clip-on sensor to the surface of the pipe to complete the flow measurement of various liquids. Compared with the traditional flow meter, it does not need to cut off the tube, and the installation is quick and convenient, realizing the non-destructive installation.
Both the main unit and the sensor are mounted on the pipeline with protection class IP68. The external clip type sensor is installed on the surface of the pipe, and different sensors are selected. The applicable diameter is DN50~DN6000.
Portable ultrasonic flow meter enables non-contact measurement of liquid flow. By installing the sensor on the outer wall of the pipe, the flow measurement can be completed, which is convenient and accurate. Pipe type ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of a main body and a pipe segment type sensor. The DN15-DN32 uses a -type pipe segment sensor, and the DN40 and above uses a standard pipe segment sensor. The pipe-type ultrasonic flowmeter has the advantages of simple installation, low starting flow, high measurement accuracy, and no pressure loss.The applicable diameter is DN15~DN6000.
External clip type ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of a main body and an external clip type sensor. Simply attach the clip-on sensor to the surface of the pipe to complete the flow measurement of various liquids. Compared with the traditional flow meter, it does not need to cut off the tube, and the installation is quick and convenient, realizing the non-destructive installation.
The main unit can be installed in the wall, instrument box and distribution box, and the protection level can reach IP67. The external clip type sensor is installed on the surface of the pipe, and different sensors are selected. The applicable diameter is DN15~DN6000.
