Plansifter

It is used for sieving and classifying products according to type and quality. However it may be used as one passage or two passages before bagging process.

-Body and chassis are produced durable against to cracking and breaking.
-Passage basis sheet is produced from one-piece and enables extra durability.
-Design patented sieve boxes are produced from quality hornbeam and all surfaces are covered Formica.
-Sieve box and insert frame surfaces are processed sensitively and wick system avoids product leakage.
-Sieve box basis sheets are produced 0,35mm stainless steel.
-Enlarged sieving surface by 4 connection channels.
-Reinforced doors by resisting sheets against to damages.
-Inner sides and product contact surfaces are epoxy painted suitable for hygiene and sanitation. It enables suitable machine according to Codex aliment Arius.
-Stainless steel or thermo surface system against to exudation, mould growth and humidity inner side of passages. (optional feature)
-Bearings are FAG.
-First class clothing and glues from EU producers.
-Easy maintenance and repair.
-Clothing, hanging rods, sieve cleaners, top inlet and bottom outlet bags are given as spare part together with machine.
