Since chemical sludge components are very complex, it is very harmful to landfill. It must be dried before further treatment. Due to its complicated contents, it is very hard to dry.
This rotary drum dryer is specifically designed for such sticky chemical sludge. According different viscousity and moisture contents, it can use double-helix or triple-helix rotary harrows to make sludge fully contact with hot air and get it flash-dried in surface, which efficiently prevents sludge cling to the dryer. In the first cylinder, the sludge water evaporation is faster, so the hot air temperature dropped sharply. To avoid the water being absorbed again, the waste hot air and evaporation will be discharged directly in the end.
There are special guiding and lifting boards, which makes dry sludge transfer faster, wet sludge slower. Through the way, sludge will be dried evenly as requirement and dont need to be re-dried like traditional drying equipment.
