Product Description
Drill Pipe Wipers are made of specially designed rubber compound having tremendous resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion. They are available for water based and oil based drilling mud. Designed for application to Drill Pipe where a solid master bushing is used.
We manufacture both Dual Split and Single Solid Type of Drill Pipe Wipers. Dual wipers are made with a spring steel reinforced ring. The split in the dual wipers allows are wiper to be threaded easily onto the pipe. Our split type wipers offer the advantage of a symmetrical, one piece design with multiple wiping action. it provides more than two full turns of continuous wiping surface around the full circumference of the pipe. Unlike split tyep wipers, there are no gaps, in the inner wiping edge to leave unwiped streaks on the pipe. Single Solid Wipers have a series of concentric rings moulded around the inner wiping surface. Each ring carries a specific size, identifying the area of the center hold to be cut out for a specific drill pipe size.

Structure
Salvage cup is mainly composed of spindle, wiper block, outer tube, the joint and so on, as shown.Because the manufacturer is different, although its structure is similar, but not exactly the same, can be selected according to downhole conditions.
