Fortified Rosin is a product of pine trees and is a commonly used internal sizing agent . Any good sizing agent improves the quality and life of paper.

We Manufactures Fortified Rosin with varying degrees of total solid content as per customer specifications. However, the most popular grade is LGS-50 which contains 50% solids.

Characteristics :
Our fortified (LGS -P-FR20) is soluble in cold water &does not foam& forth. It is ensure stable sizing with alum in stock pH range 4.0-5.0
LGS -P-FR20 is packed in 200 liter capacity drums. And stored in tanks of mild steel ,pvc or similar materials.

Overview :
LGS-P-CSS20 product boasts excellent film-forming ability. It can form a waterresistant layer on the surface of paper and cure rapidly, thus demonstrating agreat sizing effect. Besides, it has the benefits of small usage amount, lowcost, and it is easy to use, making it an ideal and wide application to writingpaper, packaging paper, wood-free paper, copying paper, coated art paper,high-strength corrugated paper, Kraftliner board and etc.

The product may replace partor all of internal sizing agent, hence lowering the cost of sizing. Itdemonstrates a great sizing effect after surface sizing. Since the sizing is maintainedon the surface of paper, the paper is thus endowed with excellent waterresistant property. The application of this product greatly improves thesurface strength and printability of paper, ensuring high fidelity, good gloss,dimensional beauty and significantly avoids picking, linting and pasting platein printing. It can be widely used in different surface sizing equipment. Whenused in conjunction with starch, excellent surface strength, stiffness andwater resistance can be ensured. The product also boasts great mechanicalstability and produces little foam, hence no antifoam agent is needed.

1.Ger-85e is esterified from refined gum rosin and edible glycerol;gehr-85e is esterified from refined hydrogenated rosin and edible glycerol.

3.Useage :
C9 : 1).Coating production: Used in paint and reinforced latex coating, also applied in oil soluble coating ;
2). Rubber treatment: Used as adhesion booster;
3). Adhesive production: Used in adhesive, especially for melting glue and pressure-sensitive glue;
4). Printing ink production: It can be dissolved in hydrocarbon resin, it owns high soft point and stable
performance, so it can be used in ink;

C5: 1). Road marking paint: It can improve on the brightness, bonding, water and weather resistance and may perfection for the dispersing and drying of any pigments;

Gum rosin also named greek pitch or colophony, it is a kind of natural resin that are mainly composed of various kinds of resin acids, it can be dissolved easily in many organic solvents, and has special chemical activity, it can be esterified and neutralized with carboxyl, and reacted by double-bond, disproportionated, hydrogenated and polymerized to optimize its physicochemical property. Gum rosin can be widely used in manufactures of paper, coatings, inks, rubbers, soaps, electronic industrial products, food grade ester gum, rosin ester resins etc.
