QUANTITY: Min 50,000 MT per month x 12 Months contract, above 1,000,000 MT per month
ORIGIN/LOADING PORT: SE Asia
PRICE: FOB/CIF prices available. Prices provided per current market conditions
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Irrevocable, non-transferable, 100% L/C, payable at loading port after inspection and shipping documents. TT, Bank Transfer depending upon supplier.
Procedures:
â?¢ The buyer(s) will be required to sign an FCO as acceptance of the offer and return it to the seller
â?¢ The seller will send the draft SPA
â?¢ Buyer will sign the self-purchase agreement contract
â?¢ After the contract has been signed, the buyer will release P.O and effective DLC (non-transferable, transferable) to arrange shipping & relevant documents
â?¢ Seller will open 2% PB and POP to the buyer within 7 days
â?¢ Buyer can be present at the time of loading for pre-shipment inspection (at their own cost)
â?¢ Delivery of commodity will be done as per agreement
â?¢ 100% payment will be released after SGS analysis port
