Size of apples various from 6.5 to 8.5 cm.
Apples are packed into boxes - 13 kg (around 28 lb) each.
Types:
- GALA (This is one of the best mid season dessert apples. The flesh is sweet, crisp, and creamy yellow in color. The flavor is rich and aromatic. Gala originated in New Zealand but grows well here in Poland.);
- GLOSTER (Conic shape, attractive fully red fruit with calyx end shoulder bumps. Its full-bodied, crisp flesh is pleasantly tart on the palate. Gloster Apples were developed in Germany.) ;
- IDARED (Idared is notable for its exceptional keeping qualities. It has a pleasant mild but undistinguished apple flavor. Idared is a type of apple cultivar from Moscow, Idaho, United States. As well as being a good eating apple, it is also an excellent cooker which retains it shape.).
