COLOR MASTERBATCH
Color masterbatches range produced from polyolefins includes coloration of processing materials in injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion , and also includes coloration of LDPE, HDPE and PP used for the production of films and PP tapes.
High functional colored masterbatch for PVC usage and high concentration monopigment masterbatch for monofilament PP fiber are both of special interest.

Calcium Carbonate and talc filled PE and PP are differed from their original polymer specification by brightness, thermal properties and processing temperature, tensile strength at break, mold shrinkage, specific gravity and elongation at break.
Calcium Carbonate filled polyolefin compounds namely ANTISPLIT are produced for PP tape application.
Polyolefin based compounds filled with CaCO and talc in different ratio are used directly or in the recommended dosage for electric appliance and automotive parts and garden furniture.
ADDITIVE MASTERBATCHES
SLIP MASTERBATCH:
Modifying the surface properties of polyolefin films and reducing the friction between layers of film, slip masterbatch improve film quality and facilitate easier handling of the films. Slip additive masterbatches are highly recommended to achieve a uniform slip additive distribution at low incorporation levels.
ANTIBLOCK MASTERBATCH:
Antiblocking is defined as the force needed to seperate two film layers. Antiblocking additive added to film resin reduce the adhesion between the film layers and thus prevent adhesion in hot condition and at long term storage.
ANTISTATIC MASTERBATCH:
Antistatic masterbatches used as an internal antistatic additive, increase the conductivity of plastics to prevent charge accumulation and problems caused by static electricity such as dust pick up, handling problems, electrical discharges will be reduced or eliminated.
UV MASTERBATCH:
UV Masterbatches prevents the degradation of the polymer chain from UV light and temperature and protect the optical and physical properties of the finished materials.
