PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
PIONEER HPM PP Mesh is a fibrillated polypropylene fiber that opens into a network-like structure during mixing. This geometry provides distributed micro-reinforcement and a different fiber distribution pattern from conventional monofilament PP microfibers.

APPLICATIONS AND SELECTION:
Applications include selected concrete floors, pavements and shotcrete mixtures. For cement mortar, confirm the suitability of the chosen length through trials, particularly where thin sections or a smooth finish are required.
Add during batching and mix sufficiently to open and disperse the fibers. Dosage depends on mixture composition, application and required performance.
HPM PP Mesh is a dispersed fiber product, not a prefabricated reinforcing mesh. Any proposed replacement of conventional reinforcement requires project-specific evaluation.
