Grade A electrolytic copper cathode is refined copper produced by electrolytic refining, supplied from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is the standard feedstock for rod mills, wire and cable makers, brass mills and tube and strip fabricators.

The displayed USD 13,795.44 to 14,235.72 per metric ton is an illustrative range calculated from a USD 14,676 LME cash reference for 28 October 2026. It is not a fixed or binding offer and does not update automatically. Final benchmark date, discount, inspection and other charges are agreed in writing.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Purity: 99.99% Cu minimum. Independent laboratory analysis by Alfred H Knight (AHK), issued September 2025, returned 99.998% Cu in all three lots tested.
- Impurities (ppm): S 3.9 to 6.0, Fe 3.2 to 4.2, Pb 1.8, Zn below 0.5 to 0.5, Te below 1.5, Sb, Si and Sn below 1.0. As, Bi, Cd, Co, Cr, Mn, Ni, P, Se and Ag all below 0.5.
- Cathode sheets: 914 x 914 mm, 12 mm thick.

PACKING
Aluminum band bundles on pallets of 2 MT net (+/-1%), stuffed freely in 20' FCL. Each container carries 20 to 22.2 MT approx., with a minimum of 20 MT loaded at the port of loading.

Every cargo ships against an independent load-port inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Alex Stewart or CCIC, and the independent load-port assay sets the contract grade. Conflict-free provenance certification and full export documentation accompany each shipment, with carbon footprint disclosure where applicable.

Copper rod for wire, cable and busbar used in power grids, electric vehicles, renewable energy and buildings. Brass and bronze casting. Tube, strip and foil for electronics and plumbing.

SUPPLY AND TERMS
Motjuan supplies up to 5,000 MT per month, with a minimum order of 25 MT. Loading ports are Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Durban, South Africa. FOB, with CIF to the buyer's nominated port on request. Delivery time: 15 to 25 days. Payment instrument: DLC / LC / TT. Our producing partner is an established exporter with a proven track record of delivering to international buyers, including China. Binding terms follow a signed Sales and Purchase Agreement.
