of 12-months. This SBLC serves directly as a payment, eliminating the need for payment by MT103.
2ï¼?The SBLC need to be transferable, auto- revolving ,cash backed and operative. SBLC validity: 12 months. SBLC from a wolrd top bank is much better.

B: We can assist the buyer to issue a SBLC, whereby the buyer and such buyer is required to pay a 2% issue SBLC fee:
If it is not convenient for the buyer to issue a transferable, cash back SBLC, the buyer will be required to pay a 2% SBLC issuance charge/fee to the ABOGLOBE company. Our company will arrange the transferable SBLC by making use of the funds from our shareholders and legal firm that is held at HSBC or UBS.
2)This manner is a very good and convenient choice. Many buyers do not even have efficient credit lines and not able to issue a SBLC/DLC within the required time frame.

1. The buyer will issue a ICPO with a complete CIS, and the buyer will be required to provide the complete issuing LC bank information. In case of a third party funder, the CIS of such funder is required.
2. The seller will issue a Sales and a draft Purchase Agreement (SPA). Both parties negotiate the contents of the SPA and sign the final SPA.
3. The buyer and seller then negotiates the contents of t he SBLC/DLC template and confirm the final template.
4. Buyer provides a POF which can be by MT199/799/BCL
which must from end buyer declared as a true and valid POF
5. The seller shall provide PPOP consisting of:
a) Factory allocation letter,
b) Our company LOA, GACC and our ABO company GACC.
c) Some videos with the seller company name, which shows that the seller (factory) produce the sugar/goods for our ABO Company, for other buyerâ??s order.
d) Our company past SGS documents.
