"Integrated PS membrane and EPS foam insulation module: an ideal insulation solution for 16mm floor heating pipes"

In the field of building insulation in Europe, especially for the insulation needs of 16mm floor heating pipes, integrated PS membrane and EPS foam insulation modules have become a popular choice with their excellent performance.

Product features of Underfloor Egg Crate

Precise fit and size specifications

This Egg Crate Panels is designed for 16mm floor heating pipes, with a length of 1250mm, a width of 850mm, and a thickness of 40mm. The insulation thickness of the bottom plate reaches 20mm. This precise size design ensures a perfect fit with 16mm floor heating pipes and provides all-round insulation protection for the pipes.

Optimized pipe spacing and splicing design

The minimum pipe spacing is 5cm. This design can effectively achieve uniform heat distribution while ensuring the rationality of the floor heating pipe layout. The Egg Crate Panels are connected by splicing buckles, and there is no gap between each module, which not only greatly improves the thermal insulation performance, but also avoids the heat loss caused by the existence of gaps, making the thermal insulation effect of the entire floor heating system more outstanding.

Good compressive performance

With a compressive strength of 200KPA, this feature significantly improves the overall load-bearing performance of the insulation module. During the use of the floor heating system, whether it is the pressure of the upper floor or the pressure generated by daily activities, it can be effectively borne by the insulation module, and there will be no deformation or damage caused by excessive pressure, thus ensuring the long-term stable operation of the floor heating system.
