Luxe Trading USA LLC is a direct supplier of Grade A electrolytic copper cathodes, 99.99% Cu purity, non-LME registered. Origin: Likasi, Haut-Katanga Province and Kolwezi, Lualaba Province, Democratic Republic of Congo. Trial order quantity: 2,000-3,000 MT, subject to agreement, with month-to-month supply following successful trial verification.

Under the proposed FOB commercial structure, quality and quantity verification, 100% payment and title transfer are arranged at Access World or a buyer-preferred bonded warehouse. CIF to the buyer's agreed port is also available with proposed two-stage payment: an initial payment against the Bill of Lading at load port and final payment upon delivery/arrival, as agreed. Inspection through SGS, Intertek or a mutually agreed equivalent and compliant shipping documentation are required.

For CIF arrangements, buyer prepayment of bonded warehouse fees at Dar es Salaam and destination and 50/50 sharing of quality testing costs at Dar es Salaam are proposed, subject to final agreement. Mining royalties, DRC taxes, import/export documentation and ground transportation costs are addressed in the final commercial quotation.

Before issuance of an LOI and SCO, a WhatsApp or WeChat voice/video call with the end buyer's decision maker and authorized mandate, where applicable, is required to confirm commercial terms.
