Polyester Pleated Ropes

One of the most important components of fly screen systems, fly screen ropes undergo many finishing processes in order for the mechanism to work smoothly. In order to prevent the deformation of the tulle system during use, they are heat treated, their elongation is reduced and their friction resistance is increased. They are knitted with knitting techniques according to the areas of use from high strength and UV resistant polyester.

There are three quality pleat ropes belonging to the Kord brand. The above-standard product that stands out from all pleat ropes on the market is the Vectran model. Vectran rope stands out from other ropes with its special filament structure. The standard product known as Ist quality is the Kord/Jaluzi rope. The product known as 2nd quality is Megafil. All three types of ropes are offered to Plisseri customers with high Kord quality.

Plisseri attaches great importance to the pleated curtain rope, which is the carrier and balance center of the system. For this reason, it works with the Kord brand in pleated curtain ropes as well as in pleated fly screen ropes. Kord pleated blind ropes are resistant to all kinds of weather conditions and surface friction and are long-lasting.
