Product Description
The Rubber Dam is a flexible water-retaining structure made of a high-strength synthetic fiber fabric skeleton coated with premium synthetic rubber, forming a dam bag that is anchored to the dam foundation. By inflating with air or filling with water, the dam bag expands and rises to retain water, store water, and regulate water levels. When flood discharge or drainage is required, the dam can be quickly deflated or drained, collapsing the bag to restore the river channel's original flow cross-section.
Key Features:
Simple Structure, Short Construction Period: Compared with traditional concrete gate dams, the Rubber Dam requires no complex foundation or large-scale machinery, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing costs.
Rapid Operation, Easy to Control: The dam height can be raised or lowered by controlling the amount of air/water filled, allowing simple operation and remote automated control.
Excellent Seismic Performance: The flexible dam structure has strong earthquake resistance and is less likely to be damaged by natural disasters such as earthquakes.
Weather and Corrosion Resistant: The dam bag material offers excellent anti-aging, ozone resistance, UV resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, providing a long service life of 20 years or more.
Strong Flow Capacity: Once collapsed, the dam has minimal impact on the flood discharge cross-section, offering strong flood release capability and high flood control safety.
Low Maintenance Cost: With no complex mechanical transmission components, daily maintenance is simple and long-term operating costs are low.
Wide Adaptability: Dimensions can be customized according to river width and terrain conditions, suitable for river channels in plains, hills, and other varied terrains.
Applications:
River water retention and irrigation storage
Urban landscape rivers and wetland ecological water replenishment
Flood control and drainage, water conservancy hub projects
Farmland irrigation and water source protection
Rubber dam gates and hydropower station auxiliary facilities
Ports, docks, and cross-river/cross-sea water-retaining projects
Quality Assurance:
The product is manufactured in strict accordance with national water conservancy and hydropower industry standards. Both raw materials and finished dam bags undergo rigorous testing for pressure resistance, air tightness, and tensile strength, ensuring stable and reliable quality. Third-party inspection reports and after-sales warranty services are available.
