- Buyer qualification begins with CIS submission (mandatory)

a. Buyer CIS or end buyer's name is the mandatory first step for verification.
b. NCNDA signed by all parties (if required)
c. Direct Buyerâ??Seller conference call to discuss commercial terms and transaction details directly. (No brokers.)
