The UHV-316D stator test system is mainly used for testing singlephase and threephase generator stators, and can measure stators with 3wire, 6wire, 9wire, and 12wire windings. This test system adopts a 2channel wiring method, suitable for testing 3wire and 6wire stators of new energy motors below H355 frame size.
Test items includingDC resistance test, insulation resistance test, interturn insulation test, power frequency withstand voltage test, winding current balance test, and rotation direction test.
Optional test items includingInductance test, current balance test, magnetic field rotation direction test.
