The main components of an LNG filling machine include a low-temperature stop valve, a low-temperature mass flowmeter, a low-temperature emergency shut-off valve, a liquid phase breakaway coupling, an LNG filling nozzle, a low-temperature check valve, a pressure gauge, a low-temperature pressure-reducing regulating valve, a safety relief valve, an explosion-proof pressure transducer, a gas phase breakaway coupling, an explosion-proof controller, stainless steel low-temperature piping, insulation devices, explosion-proof cables, and a filling cabinet. These components, through the integration of equipment and valve switching, realize the workflows such as LNG filling and metering, vehicle-mounted cylinder gas return metering, emergency shut-off, and safety relief.
