WORKING PRINCIPLE

The vegetables and fruits are conveyed from the first layer to the last layer by a conveyor belt and the dried vegetables and fruits are conveyed by a discharge conveyor. The belt dryer uses hot air as the drying medium. The hot air passes through the material from the bottom to the top. The final moisture comes out of the top of the dryer. The dryer can dry not only according to heat, but also according to strong air. Therefore, it can improve drying efficiency and drying time. It is more convenient and no require manual loading and discharging.
