REFERENCE CONFIGURATION
The supplied 1000 mm belt configuration sheet lists 120 m3/h theoretical output, a MAO 3000/2000 mixer, a PLD3200 aggregate batching machine, four 15 m3 aggregate bins and 4.1 m discharge height. HZS120 is a capacity class, not a complete fixed equipment package. Confirm the exact mixer, storage, weighing, electrical and control scope on the signed quotation.
PRODUCTION AND SITE SELECTION
Actual output depends on recipe, mixing cycle, aggregate moisture correction, loader replenishment, truck exchange and dispatch. Size the plant from net hourly demand and delivery cycle, not the theoretical rating alone. Review truck turning space, bin access, belt arrangement, maintenance clearance and silo delivery access before approving the layout.

Separate main equipment, cement silos and screws, packing, freight, civil works, local lifting, installation support, commissioning and initial spare parts. Please send destination, concrete application, required net output, site dimensions, voltage/frequency and delivery schedule.
