this all in one table model is a compact machine for small scale toilet soap production up to 700 soap bar/8 hrs. it need 5 hp three phase power and 2 person as technical worker. it need 100 sft area for installation of machine. this machine contains all 5 machine in one table that is zigma mixer-5 kg capacity, triple roll mill, simplex plodder-4'' mouth, bar cutting and manual soap stamper. all contact parts made by s.s-304 grade, other non contact area made by s.s-202 grade and support channels made by mild steel-painted. supply with one single cavity stamping die tool made by s.s-304 grade. all s.s parts are mirror polished. all electrical parts made by siemens electrical.
