Instructions:

Boil Water: Start by boiling fresh, filtered water. You'll need about 1 cup of water for each cup of tea.
Prepare the Tea: If you are using a tea bag, simply place it in your cup. If you are using loose chamomile flowers, place them in a tea infuser or a strainer.
