Rail ladle cart is a kind of electric transfer cart. Steel mills use electric transfer cart for ladle transfer. Due to the high temperature of molten steel, steel slag, etc., an electric transfer cart was specially designed for this purpose. Its power is provided by the motor, which is a high-temperature explosion-proof motor.

Structure description for rail ladle cart

The rail ladle cart frame is made of steel welded parts with sufficient strength and rigidity; for the protection of the frame.

1. Not damaged by molten steel and steel slag spilled, the surface frame has a protective cover and is fitted with refractory bricks (refractory material is not within the scope of delivery of the equipment for the rail ladle cart);

2. The body structure must withstand the impact of lifting the ladle;

3. The rail ladle cart adopts dual drive mode, means two sets of drive devices work simultaneously.

4. The wheel is made of high-strength alloy steel forging, processing and heat treatment.

5. Rotary lathes on the ladle.
6. One end of the rail ladle cart can lift the rail clearer, one end is equipped with a slag pusher, and the push slag can be automatically lifted when obstacles are encountered in the direction of non-clear slag; a 4m3 slag tray can be placed at the front of the rail ladle cart. A movable cover plate is provided on the transmission device to facilitate the laying of fire bricks.

7. The front and rear ends of the rail ladle cart are equipped with buffers.

8. The body is equipped with four lugs, easy to lift, set the traction seat at both ends of the body.

9. The sound and light alarm is installed on the cart.
