Carton Pasting Adhesives
These adhesives are used for pasting the side seam of film Laminated / Varnished cartons to give
permanent bond. These adhesives can be applied manually or with the help of wheel applicators or
sometimes with nozzle applicators depending on the shape and type of packaged Carton.

PVA glue iAdPro 1051 is best used for cardboard, light wood, paper, and other such materials. It does form a strong bond, it dries quite quickly and remains flexible once dry.
Features:
1, This product is a new type strong adhesive, applied to indoor and outdoor wall paste of large-scale ceramic tile, grassing stone, natural stone material
2, The indoor ceramic tile adhesive of light steel frame system board, like gypsum board and Eight board
3, Can be used on the low water absorption surface, like paste new ceramic tile above the old ones, and can be used on the firm painting surface
4, Excellent flexibility, can bear the bonding layer stretch that caused by temperature
5, Good anti-infiltration function
6, No need to wet the brick wall, effectively improve the efficiency.
Surface Treatment:
1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.
2, For the new wall, when finding the leveling layer of cement mortar, plaster, should improve the leveling layer of mortar label the cohesive force of the wall, or mix MB-03 slurry additive. Specific reference, please look at the MB-03 introduction.
Operation process:
1, Using tooth scraper to scrap the adhesive onto the surface evenly, control within 1m2
2, Push the ceramic tile or heavy type ceramic tile above it
3, For the ceramic tile with deep ditch or stone material, expect for the surface, scrap the backside of the tile or the stone material
4, Can be used for the old ceramic tile re-tread.
Cautions:
1, Never mix the dry slurry with water and use again
2, For the light wall board install large-scale decorative panels, like gypsum board and Eight board, confirm the wall firmness before operation
3, For the painting surface, make sure the initial bond strength and no flake
4, Operating under 5¡æ~40¡æ situation
5, Clean the surface by little wet sponge or cloth before it dry
6, Leave 1.5mm joint space between two tiles, suggesting MB-MC color anti-moldy gap filler.

Store Method: Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
