Licorice Extract Nuggets

The starting point for having the best quality licorice nuggets is selecting fine and high quality licorice roots; which we collect them from best known Iranian rich and fertile agro fields or as substitution. The operation will start by washing, drying and grinding the roots. The extraction in the absence of any chemical agents and just pure water will accomplished by using modern Falling Film Evaporator and concentrator machineries in whole process; with a small difference in colour, the nuggets are shrunk licorice blocks, which have strong taste and brownish black colour. Some special customers, due to their requirement , request nuggets and this is the reason why we has added this product into its production list.
Licorice extract nuggets are small, chewy candies made from licorice extract powder, which is derived from the root of the licorice plant (Glycyrrhiza glabra). These nuggets are a popular sweet treat in many countries .
