Description

Two-component acrylic aromatic polyurethane finish coating

Recommended Use :-
This product is a topcoat along with recommended undercoats for use in chemical plants, fertilizer plants, petrochemical and pharmaceutical complex, power plants, cement plants, steel plants, heavy chemicals and off-shore and on-shore industries.

It is recommended for very high chemical resistance and for areas not exposed to direct sunlight. Product is also recommended for application over suitable primer for OEM industry.

DRYING CHARACTERISTICS (At 30�° C and 65% Relative humidity) : SURFACE DRY : 30 minutes max HARD DRY : Overnight FULL CURE : 7 DAYS.
SHELF LIFE : BASE : 6 months HARDENER : 6 months
Surface Preparation
The surface of primer or intermediate coats, over which this product is applied as topcoat, should be free from oil, moisture, dust and dirt. Aged coatings should be roughened by emery paper grade 400 / 600 for better bonding.

APPLICATION : By Brush / By Conventional spray / By Airless Spray
THINNER : Type 290
POT LIFE : 3 hours min at 30 C
RECOMMENDED DFT : 30-40 µ.
OVERCOATING INTERVAL : MIN : 8 hours MAX : 24 hours
COMPATIBILITY : Can be applied over Epoxy and Polyurethane primers, intermediate coats and topcoats.
